Well aren't we little Mr. Cynicism!

True, true love is attained by old people like my parents after years of codependency, an almost-divorce, then several years of marriage counselling and now, finally, true and utter love. I can see it in them. They go on dates and flirt and everything. It's disgustin'. ;p

i do agree sometimes. it is possible for some people to be in true and complete woderful love. in the same respect, lots of girls sign letters/emails/cards with love and don't mean it in the direct sense, they just mean it as a term of affection. that's why i used to say luff instead of love. *raises eyebrow* sometimes plans backfire though. love doesn't mean anything when some people say it to you.

the whole concept of love being sacred and wonderful went out the window somewhere along the line.

the magically falling in love and not being able to live without each other does exist, it just doesn't always last because it takes more than love to make a relationship work.
